Welcome to Coza Cards! These terms apply when you use this website and when you buy from us. They're written to be friendly, but they're still a legal agreement, so please read them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECTA).

Products and prices
- Our 3D pop up cards come with an envelope. Each design is shown as accurately as we can, but colours may differ slightly on screen.
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.
- If we make an obvious pricing or description mistake, we'll contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Stock is limited. If something sells out after you've paid, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Placing an order
You don't need an account. When you check out you give us your name, email, phone number and delivery address, and you pay through PayFast. Your order is accepted once PayFast confirms your payment and we email you a confirmation. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us.
Payment
We accept payment only through PayFast (card, Instant EFT and other methods PayFast offers at checkout). Your payment details are entered on PayFast's secure page and are never seen or stored by us. We don't currently accept coupon codes, gift vouchers, Ozow, Zapper or cryptocurrency.
Delivery
- We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery costs are calculated from your postal code: free to major centres and local areas, R39 to regional areas and R79 courier everywhere else.
- We aim to dispatch within 1 to 3 working days of payment. Delivery times are estimates, and we can't be responsible for delays caused by couriers or the Post Office, but we'll always help you chase a parcel.
- If we can't deliver within 30 days of your payment we'll let you know, and you may cancel for a full refund.
- Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Risk in the cards passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
- Damaged or wrong item: email orders@cozacards.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including delivery.
- Cooling-off: as our shop is online, you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery under section 44 of ECTA. Return the unused cards in their original packaging; we'll refund you within 30 days. The cost of returning the cards is yours.
- Change of mind: we'll also accept unused cards in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number. Return shipping is for your account, and we recommend a trackable method.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method via PayFast. Your bank may take a few days to show it. If it hasn't arrived after 10 working days, contact us.

We handle your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photos, logos and designs, belongs to Coza Cards or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.
Links to other websites
We link to other websites, such as PayFast and our social media pages. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not limit any rights you have under the CPA.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
